Richard A. Wolpow – Founder/Chairman
Mr. Wolpow has been advising and operating small to mid-size private and public companies for 20 years. Most recently, Mr. Wolpow was founder, COO and Vice Chairman of Dispensing Solutions, Inc. (DSI), a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer operating a state-of-the-art repackaging facility in Santa Ana, California, which he recently sold, to PSS World Medical (NASDAQ PSSI). Prior to DSI, Mr. Wolpow through his holding company Ocean View Investment Holdings Ltd., was the primary investor and principal shareholder of Trinity Health Ventures. In 2000 Trinity, being a primary entity in a Goldman Sachs roll-up, became Odyssey Health Care Inc. (NASDAQ: ODSY), later selling in June 2010, to Gentiva Health Services (NASDAQ GTIV) for over a billion dollars. Today, as an investor, Richard holds principal equity positions in a variety of companies’, consulting in their development and exit strategies. Richard is also a partner and serves on the Operating Committee for Belhealth Investment Management LLC, a private Equity firm in New York.

Richard was also one of the principals with Freedom Health, Inc., a developer of an intelligent debit health card in association with Buck Consultants, Mellon Bank and MasterCard. Richard’s first health related company started in 1995 when he was recruited to run Other entrepreneurial successes includes ventures in the; Internet, resort ownership, music/audio post, construction and apparel industries.

Dennis Drislane, Director
Mr. Drislane is currently a partner in BelHealth Investment Partners, a health care private equity fund with offices in New York and Newport Beach, and serves as the fund’s Chairman of the Operating Committee. Prior to this, Mr. Drislane was Chairman and CEO of TC3 Health, which was sold to Emdeon in May of 2012 in a private transaction. Mr. Drislane is a member of the boards of directors of six healthcare-related companies including Amirsys, Omega Healthcare Management Services, Pharos Innovations, POC Network Technologies, SkilaMederi and Zotec Partners.

Mr. Drislane’s prior experience includes 24 years at Electronic Data Systems (“EDS”) where he was President of the Healthcare Strategic Business Unit; employment as a Senior Vice President at Healtheon during the IPO and eventual merger with WebMD; and serving as a member of the Operating Committee at HealthEdge Investment Partners. Mr. Drislane was also on the boards of Ebix and Dispensing Solutions, and is the former Chairman of NaviNet. Mr. Drislane received his Master of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Science, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Computer Information Science, from California State University in Sacramento.

Thomas Leacault, Director
Mr. Lescault has more than twenty-five years of experience in managed health care as an executive officer and senior management consultant. Tom has considerable knowledge in both operations and marketing/sales for commercial and governmental insurance products. He has been recognized as a health care visionary and innovator while serving in a variety of executive positions at Health Net, Foundation Health Systems, Intergroup, and Arizona Physician IPA.

Tom currently is president of Renewal Technologies, a Scottsdale, Arizona based company responsible for the sales and marketing of the FDA approved pain relief medical device LaserTouchOne. Prior to joining Renewal Technologies, Tom served as president of SCAN Health Plan Arizona, a Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Long Term Care start-up company. Under his leadership and direction, SCAN realized tremendous membership and revenue growth. The company received several national and state awards for Best Place to Work. In this capacity, Tom founded and co-hosted a radio talk show focused on senior related issues.

In 2000, Mr. Lescault founded the MRG Group, a national health care management consulting firm. The firm provided professional consulting services to major health care organizations in a variety of management and operational engagements.Prior to entering the health care industry, Tom held several executive positions in the public sector, including posts at the Department of Health, Education and Welfare and the Office of Governor of Arizona. Mr. Lescault is the past president of the Arizona Health Plan Association and current Chairman of Parkinson Board of Directors. Tom also serves on several community boards including the Senior Olympics. Tom graduated from Princeton University and later became a visiting lecturer at Princeton’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.

David Rowley, Director
Mr. Rowley is Managing Director and Partner at Chestnut Hill Partners, an award winning merchant bank facilitating and investing in leveraged buyouts of middle market companies. Prior to Chestnut Hill Partners, Mr. Rowley was the Co-Founder and Partner of Axialmarket, a venture capital backed online marketplace in partnership with a one billion dollar global financial services firm.

Prior to Axialmarket, Mr. Rowley was a Vice President at SRS Capital, a New York-based merchant bank focused on health care services and life sciences. While with SRSCapital, Mr. Rowley originated and arranged more than $500 million dollars of equity and debt financing on a broad range of middle market transactions.

Mr. Rowley has also been published in Mergers & Acquisitions magazine, moderated private equity panel discussions at major industry conferences and currently serves on the boards of DreamTiger Equities and
